Use of the app

Power Within Daily provides motivational, educational, and reflective content for discipline, routine, and personal growth. Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its security, systems, or other users.

Not medical or emergency support

Power Within Daily is not therapy, medical advice, crisis support, legal advice, or financial advice. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services now. In the UK and ROI, Samaritans are available on 116 123.

Membership

The beta membership is GBP 5 per month unless stated otherwise at checkout. Billing, payment collection, subscription management, and cancellation are handled through Stripe.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal from inside the app where available, or by contacting us for support.

Content and progress

Saved reflections, practice records, and Guide prompts are for personal use inside Power Within Daily. Do not rely on the app as your only support system for health, safety, addiction, or mental health concerns.

Intellectual property

Power Within Daily™ is used as an unregistered trade mark. Use of ™ does not mean the mark is registered.

Unless stated otherwise, Power Within Daily owns or licenses the rights in its original software, written programme materials, UI copy, emails, layouts, graphics, branding, ATLAS prompt and system design, proprietary tools, Record / Repair / Shield wording and implementation, and other original materials made for the service.

Your access is personal and subject to these Terms. You may use the service for your own personal progress. You may not, without permission, copy substantial proprietary content, commercially reproduce programme materials, republish paid or protected material, sell or sublicense Power Within Daily materials, scrape proprietary programme content for commercial reuse, copy source code, clone branded screens or assets, remove ownership notices, use Power Within Daily branding in a way that suggests affiliation, or extract proprietary ATLAS prompts or system instructions.

These Terms do not claim ownership of Stoicism, ancient Stoic writings in the public domain, generic ideas, methods, concepts, or your own original content.

Your content

You keep ownership of your original journal entries, commitments, proof text, ATLAS messages, and other submissions. You give Power Within Daily only the limited rights needed to store, process, display, secure, and use that content to provide the service, operate ATLAS where applicable, maintain your account, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law.

We do not claim broad ownership of your private writing. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to use.

Changes

We may update the app, price, features, or these terms as the beta develops. If a change materially affects paid access, we will aim to make that clear before it applies.
